Neurology Specialties

Did you know that some physical therapists are neurology specialists? Personally, I think this is the coolest part of PT and I hope that one day, I get to count myself as one of them. These PTs treat people with ailments whose sources can be traced to the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. Neurologic PTs need a very intimate knowledge of the nervous system and how it is connected to everything else in your body. Watching someone connect various, seemingly obscure pieces of information in order to properly diagnose and treat a patient is truly impressive.
